Location
This bright, immediately inviting residence lies in a tranquil spot 13 metres above the sea in the area of Vatoudi. There is a secluded beach just a minute's walk away, and two other sandy beaches - one with small tavernas - 5 to 10 minutes' walk from the house. Livadi, the island's main port with mini-markets, shops, bars and restaurants, is only a five-minute drive or 15-minute walk. The privileged location offers privacy, peace and unforgettable views of the deep blue Aegean, especially from the cosy lounging area (with mattress and pillows) in front of the house. The house stands on private land of over one acre, with its own vegetable garden and vineyards from which guests can pick grapes when in season. The kid-friendly location and excellent amenities make Vatoudi Residence an ideal choice for a delightful family holiday.
Description
Built in traditional design with local stone, the residence - with a total living area of 150 m2 - consists of the main house and a guest house. Between the two, there is a spacious yard with an outdoor kitchen, barbeque, dining table for 12, a choice of sitting areas and a secluded outdoor shower.
The main house features a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dining table for eight, one bedroom on the upper floor and a second bedroom on ground level. The upper floor bedroom has a double bed and a veranda with a stunning view. The ground floor bedroom has two single beds and an additional pull-out bed.
In the guest house, the upper floor bedroom has two single beds, which can be put together to form a king-size bed, as well as its own balcony. On the ground floor there is another bedroom with two single beds and one pull-out.
All bedrooms have ceiling fans and their own bathroom with shower and WC.
