Nestled in the midst of a verdant olive grove overlooking the deep blue sea in the beautiful area of Kanapitsa, the villa enjoys a privileged setting in the southeast corner of the island. It stands just 50 metres above a small, white-sand beach lapped by crystalline waters, which is easily reached via a private path. Thanks to its east-facing orientation, this quiet, secluded beach remains bathed in sunlight from sunrise to early evening and is protected from winds. Here guests will find their own sun loungers and an umbrella, along with two kayaks. And while the setting is indeed serene, it is just a short drive to several charming tavernas and more lively beaches, and only 15 minutes by car to the island's main town and port.

The 350 m2 villa has eight bedrooms as well as service quarters next to the main house for two live-in housemaids who are on duty 8 hours daily with one day off during the week.
In the main house, on the ground level, there is a spacious living and dining area, as well as a modern fully-equipped kitchen. This level also has one en suite twin bedroom that opens up onto the outside terraces. On the lower/garden level, there are two en suite double bedrooms, one twin bedroom with adjacent private bathroom (not en suite), plus one large children's bedroom (24 m2) with two single beds, a large sofa bed and en suite shower room, which can sleep three to four or be used as a spacious double bedroom.
In addition, there is an independent garden studio with en suite double bedroom and separate living area, and ... last but not least ... an enchanting seafront bungalow just a few metres above the beach. This bungalow has one double bedroom with en suite shower room, a second bedroom with two single beds and WC just outside. The shower room is shared. The second bedroom opens onto a beautiful terrace with a breathtaking view.
The concept behind the property was to create an inviting living environment with all modern comforts. The bright, tastefully designed interiors are complemented by the extensive outdoor living areas. These include the garden, the shaded breakfast terrace, cosy lounging and dining spots, and of course the gorgeous cushioned marble sitting area that is perfect for relaxation, evening cocktails and stargazing.
