Standing in a magnificent position on the east coast, the villa is ideally located between two of the island's most beautiful sandy beaches, Agios Sostis and Lia. There is also a small shingle cove accessed via a private staircase down from the villa, where guests can relax in privacy or swim to the larger nearby beaches. The elevated location affords jaw-dropping views across the blue Aegean which take in a number of islands, as well as an enchanting view of the dazzling white hilltop town of Hora. For a change of scene, the charming main port of Livadi is just a short drive away (7 mins by car), offering a choice of restaurants, café-bars and shops. Alternatively, the sandy beach of Psili Ammos, considered by many to be the most attractive beach in the Cyclades, has two traditional seaside tavernas and is just three minutes away by car.

Harmoniously integrated into the natural contours of the land, the fully air-conditioned villa comprises two buildings.
The main house consists of the master bedroom with king-size bed, two single bedrooms, a TV/home cinema room, a spacious open-plan living area with fireplace, and a fully equipped kitchen. The interior spaces have been designed with large windows to let in abundant natural light and provide pleasant outdoor views. Enjoying a wonderful sea view, the master bedroom features an en suite bathroom with rain shower, a sky light plus a terrace with outdoor daybed. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom with rain shower, and each has one single and one pull-out bed and a partial view of the sea.
The guest house has two delightful suites, one above the other. Each floor can be completely independent, since each suite has a double pull-out bed, a bathroom with rain shower, air-conditioning and mini bar. For added convenience, each bedroom also has a small refrigerator. The upper level is suitable for children and the lower level ideal for teenagers.
The dining area is outside the main house under a shaded pergola, with direct access to the kitchen. There is also an outdoor bar and music system with over 10 speakers.
The villa has been designed for maximum comfort and offers a number of amazing amenities. Guests can watch a movie under the stars in the outdoor cinema, relax in the infinity pool (and change its colour at night), or enjoy a barbecue with friends and family around the bar.
