Spanning approximately 8000m² of land and 665m² of living space, this stunning property features 4 bedrooms in the main house and 3 adjacent guest studios, comfortably accommodating up to 15 guests. Built in the traditional architectural style of the island, the property boasts unique structural features such as a “floating library” in the master bedroom and a lengthwise design reminiscent of a train. This distinctive layout ensures a seamless flow between living areas and offers multiple terraces at the front and back of the residence, where you'll also find the swimming pool.
The main house includes a fully equipped kitchen with a traditional stone oven and fireplace, perfect for preparing breakfast and meals. An additional kitchen in one of the guest studios provides extra convenience, either supporting the main kitchen or offering independent use for guests. The backyard features a large built-in BBQ area shaded by a pergola, with a spacious dining table and seating areas inviting guests to relax and enjoy quality moments.
