Designed by awarded Greek architects, the villa is situated on the outskirts of Kardiani, a UNESCO-protected village, blending calmness, cultural richness, and pristine views.

Set on three levels and made up of three independent cubic structures with a total interior surface of 135 m2, the villa has been carefully designed to offer guests privacy, maximum comfort, and an atmosphere of understated luxury. Its location just above Serenity Villa II means larger parties have the option to rent both villas together.
The upper level comprises a living area with sofa, armchairs and an eye-catching built-in fireplace, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen and dining space with table and chairs for six. Just a few steps down lies the second building, which includes two double bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed (160x220cm), sharing a bathroom. Adjacent to this is the third independent building, featuring a spacious, sunlit master bedroom with a king-size bed (180x230cm) and an en-suite bathroom. Directly below, a high-ceilinged, air-conditioned basement provides ample space and can accommodate two additional guests upon request. The three main bedrooms are accessed from outside via private entrances rather than from within the main building. All three bedrooms have spacious outdoor areas that enjoy magnificent views of the Aegean Sea, the village of Kardiani, the island of Syros and the majestic sunset.
