Designed by awarded Greek architects, the villa is situated on the outskirts of Kardiani, a UNESCO-protected village, blending calmness, cultural richness, and pristine views.

Built by a renowned Greek architect, set on two levels and made up of two independent cubic structures, the villa has been carefully designed to offer guests privacy, maximum comfort and a soothing, zen-like ambience. Its location just below Serenity Villa I means larger parties have the option to rent both villas together.
The upper level of the main building hosts the fully-equipped open-plan kitchen with Smeg appliances, as well as the dining and living area with an impressive built-in fireplace. Just a few steps up from this main living space, there is a bedroom with queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom. The lower level, directly below the pool, has one bedroom with queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Additionally, the fourth bedroom, also with an en-suite bathroom, has its own private entrance.
To the right of the patio area there is a separate building with independent entrance. Here there is a large, sunlit master bedroom with king-size bed (1,90x230cm) and en-suite bathroom, as well as a walk-in closet.
All four bedrooms boast magnificent views of Kardiani and the sparkling Aegean, particularly at sunset. The outdoor spaces are equally captivating, featuring a lap pool, a Mediterranean garden, and a shaded sitting area for relaxation.
