A dirt road (1.5 km) in good condition leads down to the property from the main road. Southwest-facing and slightly elevated, the house affords amazing sea and sunset views. And while it offers intimacy and privacy, the presence of several other residences in the vicinity means guests do not feel isolated. Agios Petros is located roughly in the centre of the island's west coast, about 15 km from the main port and town. Just 50 m from the residence, the beach is divided into two halves by a large rock that juts into the sea. Perched atop this rock is the dazzling white Catholic chapel of St. Peter, dating to the 16th century. The beach directly in front of the house is a mix of pebbles and sand. Calm, shallow waters make both halves of the beach ideal for children. The nearest village is Kardiani, one of the most beautiful on the island, widely acclaimed for its greenery, running water, stunning architecture and breathtaking views.
