The villa is nestled on a gently sloping hillside in the area of Kamari in the tranquil southwest corner of Paros. The elevated position affords sweeping views of the surrounding countryside, the sparkling Aegean and the island of Antiparos just across the water. Nearby in a small bay is the charming fishing village of Aliki, where guests will find what is generally regarded as the best bakery and butcher’s shop on Paros, along with inviting traditional tavernas and a choice of fine beaches. And if guests seek a change of pace, the main town – Parikia – with its shops, restaurants and nightlife, is just a short drive away.

The brand new 180 m2 residence stands on 4,000 m2 of land in an attractive country setting that is only minutes from the sea. The beautiful design respects the architectural heritage of the Cyclades with its smooth white surfaces, clean lines and harmonious blending of indoor and outdoor spaces. The result is a combination of modern, tastefully furnished interiors, traditional exteriors that complement the natural setting, plus all the facilities for relaxed, al fresco living.
The main house features a spacious open-plan living space with fireplace, dining area and well-equipped kitchen, along with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. A separate guesthouse offers a third bedroom and bathroom.
The bedrooms are split for privacy and can be configured to suit guests’ needs, while all three bathrooms are ensuite. Each bedroom has two 90 x 200 beds, which can be combined with a double topper to form an incredibly comfortable king-size bed. The beds feature luxury COCO-MAT four-layer mattresses and pillows, all made with natural fabrics, ensuring a restful night’s sleep.
An additional floor mattress can be placed in the master bedroom for kids. In the bathrooms, guests will find a selection of natural beauty products from the famous Greek brand APIVITA.
During the summer, days are mostly spent outside. The 300 m2 terrace embraces the pool, providing the ideal place to enjoy a quiet breakfast in the shade, an evening meal or a leisurely drink. The terrace is equipped with outdoor furniture, including a large table and chairs for eight. The rooftop too offers a wonderful vantage point, where guests can relax, take in the views and indulge in some quality star-gazing.
Everything has been designed to make guests feel as comfortable as possible. A car rental service can be arranged at the port or airport to pick up guests, who will be greeted on arrival at the residence with a welcome food pack. During their stay, guests can also order a basket of goodies from the nearby farm (local goat cheese, honey, olive oil, eggs and fruit). The fresh produce will be delivered by Anna, who takes care of the house.
