The villa stands in a serene landscape on the tranquil southeast side of the island, in an elevated position that affords sweeping views of the surrounding countryside as far as the sparkling blue Aegean and 11 islands. The main house has four bedrooms for eight guests, but can be rented along with an adjacent separate guest house for a further two guests. The privileged location combines the best of both worlds: secluded for total relaxation, yet just a short drive from Tinos town. It is also close to the listed settlement of Berdemiaros, the picturesque village of Triandaros, and other enchanting hamlets where guests can enjoy a coffee or savour local culinary delights prepared with the freshest ingredients. The area around the property is also ideal for leisurely country walks or more challenging hikes.

Set on three levels, the villa is stone-built in traditional style and in complete harmony with the unique character of Tinos. The interior is tastefully furnished and decorated in a contemporary minimalist manner, with white and grey tones paying homage to time-honoured Cycladic simplicity, though at times with a contemporary twist.
On the ground floor there is a comfortable air-conditioned living room, a dining table for six, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, two double bedrooms with en-suite shower room, as well as a guest WC. The first floor comprises a master bedroom with an amazing view, an en-suite shower room and air-conditioning. While the lower ground floor has a twin bedroom and en-suite shower room. Down to its last detail, the villa has been designed to induce a sense of total relaxation.
Originally built as a farm building over a century ago, the lovingly restored separate guest house can be used as a fifth bedroom for two, with en-suite shower room.
Outdoors, there is a choice of sitting areas for up to 16 guests, including a shaded dining area with a table for eight, plus an inviting infinity pool with an advanced saline electrolysis system that ensures a pleasant, healthy swim without the need for chlorine. In front of the villa there is a small vegetable and herb garden, from which guests can select fresh ingredients.
